Do you have at least five years of experience as a lawyer with a specialization in civil construction law? Are you ready for the next step, but at a firm with an informal atmosphere? And are you a connector who likes to work closely together? Then we are looking for you!
Your focus
After your induction period, during which you will get to know our firm and our clients well, you will start working on your own files and build up your own client portfolio. You will participate directly in the litigation and advisory practice and be part of an ambitious team. You will also work together with attorneys from other service areas on, for example, project development issues.
We like you to excel, so you get to do the work you're good at and enjoy doing. You translate your knowledge into practical advice. This is rewarding work, because you notice how happy the customer is when they can immediately proceed with your advice. Although you recognize problems, you always think in terms of solutions. Very varied and dynamic.You can count on help: your colleagues will be happy to spar with you.
Your profile
You are a graduate in Dutch Law, majoring in civil law and have at least 5 years of experience. Your analytical skills and judgment are well developed. You are a team player who loves the construction industry. Also the technical aspects have your interest. You are creative, curious and want to deliver quality. That's why you will feel at home with us, because we all want to achieve the best results for our clients. Perhaps you have a commercial attitude and the ambition to grow? You can develop yourself with us and anything is possible! Of course you have excellent oral and written expression in the Dutch language. In addition, affinity with the use of AI is an advantage.
This makes it extra fun
As an associate attorney, you will have a salary between €5,468.77 and €9,113.40 based on 40-hour (full-time) employment.
25 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week.
Maximum of 3 mandatory leave days, 2 of which are at the employer's expense.
Work-from-home opportunities and compensation.
Our office in Nijmegen is your permanent location, but we also have an easily accessible additional work location in Amsterdam from which you can work regularly, including a beautiful view over the Amstel river.
