Attorney-At-Law Corporate Litigation & Acquisitions and Participations

Do you have at least three years of experience as an attorney with a specialization in participations, acquisitions and corporate litigation? Would you like to expand your career at a firm where you can be close to the business right away? Then our team would like to meet you! We are looking for an enthusiastic lawyer to expand our practice. You will participate fully from the beginning. 

Your focus

Once you start with us, you will start working as an associate attorney. In your daily work you will work on the content of various files and be involved in legal and factual research, the drafting of procedural documents and opinions, and where necessary, litigation. In short, very varied and dynamic. You will participate directly in the litigation and advisory practice and be part of an ambitious team. Once you have gotten to know our firm and our clients better, you will build your own client portfolio with your own files. You will also work together with attorneys from other service areas.

We like you to excel. So you get to work on files where your expertise lies and where you get energy. You translate your knowledge into practical advice. This is rewarding work, because you notice how happy the client is when they can immediately proceed with your advice. Although you recognize problems, you always think in terms of solutions. You can count on help with this: your colleague's proverbial door is always open for sparring and there is a lot of collaboration in larger files. 

Your profile

You are a team player with a passion for the law and an affinity with our industry. Striving for quality comes naturally to you. Like us, you want to achieve the best results for our clients. Your passion for the law and affinity with legal entities means that you enjoy immersing yourself in the practice and files. You have a commercial attitude and ambition to grow. Of course you have excellent oral and written expression in the Dutch language. In addition, it is an advantage if you are oriented in Amsterdam (for example: living in the Amsterdam area, have a clientele there or want to focus on that). 

Furthermore, you are or have:

• Graduate degree in Dutch law, majoring in civil law
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Affinity for business
• Accurate, critical, driven and with perseverance
• Good legal problem analysis and judgment
• Creative and curious 

This makes it extra fun

• A salary starting from €5,468.77 gross per month (depending on age and work experience) based on 40-hour (full-time) employment.
• 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week.
• Maximum of 3 mandatory leave days, 2 of which are at the employer's expense.
